One SoundCloud downloader for everything you want to keep: single songs, full tracks, DJ sets, albums and playlists. Paste a link, pick your format and save SoundCloud music to any device for free.
How it works
Three steps, about thirty seconds, and nothing to install. This is how to use the SoundCloud downloader on any phone or computer.
Open SoundCloud and go to the track, set or playlist you want. Tap Share, then Copy link, or copy the address from your browser bar.
Paste the SoundCloud link into the box above and press Download. SCSaver loads the title, artist, artwork and length in a few seconds.
Choose MP3, WAV or FLAC and save the file. It lands in your Downloads folder, named and ready to play.
Formats
Not sure which one to choose? Here is what each format is good for, so you get the right file the first time.
Best for phones and everyday listening
Small files that play on every device, app and car stereo. Comes with the song title, artist and cover art built in.
Best for DJs and music software
Uncompressed audio that Rekordbox, Serato, Traktor, Ableton and FL Studio load right away, with no decoding.
Best for collectors and archives
Lossless and about a third smaller than WAV. A good choice when you want to keep a large library on disk.
Good to know: every format is made from the stream SoundCloud provides. WAV and FLAC give you a file your software accepts, not extra detail beyond what SoundCloud plays.
Why SCSaver
Most tools only save single tracks as MP3. SCSaver is a complete SoundCloud music downloader for songs, sets and playlists, in the format you need.
Use it as a SoundCloud song downloader for a single track or to save a two-hour mix. Length doesn't matter, as long as the track plays publicly.
Paste a playlist, album or EP link and the full tracklist appears. Supporters can download up to 1,000 tracks as one ZIP file.
Most artists turn off downloads on SoundCloud. If you can play the track, the SoundCloud track downloader can still save it for offline listening.
No random file names like track_8812.mp3. Every download carries the song name, artist and artwork, so your library stays organised.
Many free downloaders hide the real button between ads. Here there is one box and one button, and it always downloads your song.
Download SoundCloud songs as MP3 for free, without an email, a login or a browser extension.
Any device
Skip the SoundCloud downloader app. SCSaver works in the browser, so it runs the same way on every device.
Copy the song link from the SoundCloud app, open SCSaver in Safari and paste it. When the download finishes, open the Files app and look in Downloads. From there you can play it or share it to another app.
Tap Share and Copy link in the SoundCloud app, then paste it here in Chrome or any other browser. The song is saved to your Downloads folder and appears in your music player.
Need a SoundCloud downloader for PC? Use this page in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Files go straight to your Downloads folder on Windows 10 or 11, with no program to install and no setup.
For a SoundCloud download on Mac, paste the link in Safari, Chrome or Firefox. Open the file from Downloads, or drag it into the Music app to add it to your library.

Guide
A SoundCloud downloader is a tool that saves a SoundCloud track to your device as a normal audio file. SoundCloud itself only offers a download button when the artist turns it on, and offline mode in its app needs a paid Go plan. A downloader like SCSaver gives you a file you own, that plays in any app and works without internet.
SCSaver reads the link you paste and works out what it is. A track link gives you one song. A playlist, album or set link loads the whole tracklist. An artist link ending in /tracks lists their uploads. Short links shared from the SoundCloud app work the same as full web addresses.
Download the songs you love once and they are yours to play anywhere: on a flight, underground, at the gym or in places with weak signal. Because the files are standard MP3, WAV or FLAC, they work in Apple Music, VLC, Android players and DJ software, not just inside one app.
You can find SoundCloud downloader apps, browser extensions, desktop rippers and scripts on GitHub. Apps and extensions often ask for wide permissions, and scripts need technical setup. A web-based SoundCloud downloader needs none of that. You paste a link, and the processing happens on our servers.
Be careful with sites that open new tabs, show several download buttons or ask you to install a program. A safe SoundCloud downloader never asks for your SoundCloud password and never needs an .exe file. SCSaver shows one button, has no pop-ups and asks for nothing to download for free.
SoundCloud is home to independent artists. Use the downloader for personal listening, and only save music you have the right to keep, like your own uploads, free releases or tracks you have permission to download. Follow and support the artists you discover.
Copy the song link from SoundCloud, paste it into the SoundCloud downloader at the top of this page and press Download. Choose your format and the song is saved to your device in a few seconds.

Yes. If a track plays publicly on SoundCloud, you can save it here, even when the artist has switched off downloads. Private tracks can't be downloaded.
You don't need one. SCSaver runs in your browser on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update.
Tools shared on GitHub and Reddit are often command-line scripts that need setup and break when SoundCloud changes. SCSaver does the same job in your browser and is kept up to date for you.
Yes. Paste the playlist link to see every song. You can save the first 10 for free. With a Supporter pass you can download up to 1,000 songs as a single ZIP.

It depends on the track and your country. Downloading your own uploads and music the artist offers for free is generally fine. For anything else, ask the rights holder first. SCSaver is meant for personal offline listening.
